Prescription Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 72 business hours for prescription refills.
It’s crucial for clients to plan ahead and order medications promptly based on the quantity they have remaining. This policy applies equally to third-party pharmacies. Please understand that we have limited control over prescriptions from outside pharmacies, and any inconvenience resulting from late orders falls outside of our clinic’s responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the continuity of your pet’s care.

Cancellation Policy

At Timber Ridge Animal Hospital, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch
care to our patients. To ensure that every patient receives the attention they need, we have established a cancellation policy. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if a patient doesn’t show up, we will request pre-payment for all future veterinary visits.
