I love Timbe Ridge Animal Hospital in Bonney Lake. I have been going for close to 40 years. Dr. Lavigne is awesome and truly cares about your pet’s well-being. The staff are very nice and respectful of why you are there, and very efficient. The Clinic is now open 7 days a week, and walk-ins are welcome. The new Clinic is up to date with all new equipment. I would give my experience 10 stars.

Fantastic experience. I was able to get a same-day appointment when my puppy had a UTI, and the staff was so caring and friendly. The UTI unfortunately came back, leading to another same-day appointment. Dr. Levine is a phenomenal vet: he took the time to explain the prognosis for my pup and even drew diagrams to help me understand. My pup loved all the techs she interacted with. They even have Bluey on for the dogs while they’re waiting to be seen. Can’t recommend this place enough.

My very ancient Shiba Inu experienced a frightening seizure the day after July 4th, and I frantically called a number of places to try and get an appointment or assistance – and as could be expected, many places were busy or frustrated or just didn’t respond. The person who called me promptly back from Timber Ridge was calm, kind, and patient. The vet tech and the lovely lady veterinarian were kind and calm, and it meant a lot that she got down onto the floor to be eye level with my fur baby. The first point of contact with any business means the most, and Timber Ridge did not let us down. Thanks!!

I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic, and especially Chris! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. Chris was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable — he took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure my pet was as comfortable as possible throughout the visit. You can really tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares about the animals. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and full of compassion. We recently moved to the area and needed a same-day appointment. Everyone was so kind & helpful & fit us in right away. I had some trouble finding the clinic & the receptionist patiently guided me there. Unfortunately, my dog vomited in my car while I was on the phone with her. When I pulled into their parking lot, she came out with gloves, towels, and disinfectant & cleaned out my car!!! Talk about above & beyond!!! The vet was courteous & informative & my dog was soon improved. I am very thankful for the great care we received from the entire team at Timber Ridge!

This was my first experience with Timber Ridge. I only visit the area part-time. My dog got very, very sick, and I was referred to Timber Ridge. They took her in promptly and evaluated everything. Until test results came back, they determined it could be a couple of different things. One of which was Salmon Poisoning Disease, which can be deadly. They treated her for all the possibilities to not waste time. She had to come back in for an urgent fluid injection. They took her right in. Test results came back that it was, in fact, Salmon Poisoning. I am delighted to report that she is back to 100% normal. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care you gave. Whenever I am in the area, you are my go-to vet, and I’ve recommended you to every pet owner I know. Thank you so, so much! You’re the best.

I came in and had an amazing experience. Pricing is great, the staff all really care for the animals, and they made the experience so stress-free. They also do an amazing fundraiser for patients who can’t afford life-saving procedures/care and would otherwise have to euthanize. I give them a 10/10 and will continue to visit them and refer them to anyone who needs a primary vet. If you are looking for a great vet’s office, this is it!! I went again for a follow-up. I was in and out of there within an hour and a half, even with X-rays, and the veterinarian was extremely helpful, especially regarding understanding that we can not afford much. They gave me so many helpful tips and tricks to help my cat lose weight and treat his asthma that we can actually afford. They are very thorough in their diagnosis and truly care for the animals. I have had lots of experience with different vets, and this clinic is by far the best. I love that I was given many options for treatment that were mindful of my income.

I had the privilege of visiting their new space today behind Lowe’s, and it is a BEAUTIFUL new building! Immaculately clean, with nice and open spaces, and a great parking lot situation now. With the new building, I was able to go into an exam room with my puppy, which was lovely to stay with her and talk face-to-face with the staff as I dropped her off. Even before the new building, all of the staff have always been so sweet and patient with me, really willing to accommodate and try to sneak us in for a quick check-in when something weird was going on, even when they have been busy. They are always really transparent with me about when they are busy, or there is some medical emergency for another dog that will slow down the timeline for my appointment. They talk over prices each time to make sure I am okay with the estimate before continuing, and they patiently explain and answer my questions about what’s going on or what the plan of action is. We bring both of our dogs there, and several of the staff members remember our dogs each time. Everyone is super sweet and says hi to the dogs (which means my dogs LOVE the vet because they get pets and attention and treats!), and they are so all kind and friendly. All in all, fantastic staff, great new facility, compassionate and flexible care. Thank you to the whole team for treating our furry family members like one of your own!
